The bulk of the cost (i.e., 90–98%) is generated by measuring the total linear footage of lights to be installed.
Some customers only want the front of the eaves, some want fronts and partial sides, and some have wrapped the whole house! Whatever your vision is, we measure the total length and charge per linear foot.

However, the inherent nature of LEDs is such that they are long-lasting. Our LEDs are meant to last 50,000+ hours. Here's our conservative look at it...
- December (Christmas): 8 hours/day x 30 days = 240 hours
- October (Halloween): 8 hours/day x 30 days = 240 hours
- 1 week, all other months: 8 hours/day x 7 days = 56 hours x 10 months = 560 hours
- Total = 1040 hours a year
50,000 hours / 1040 hours per year = 48 years!!!
Even if you had them on every day for 8 hours a day, they should last 17 years!

Yes. We will set you up with a timer and explain how to modify it so that your lights turn on and off at certain times. In fact, the app can also turn the lights on/off based on the sunset/sunrise for your specific geological location! This way, as the time for sunset changes throughout the year, your system will know the correct time and adjust as necessary.

Yes, our installs done by a Lit Anytime authorized installer come with a full 5 year warranty that will cover all parts and labor for 5 years. DIY kits will come with a 1 year warranty on parts.
